Help Ella get freedom back

Hi my name Ella, and I have an assistance dog Ziggy!! I have PANDAS which stands for Pediactric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder Associated with Strep! It basically means my immune system attacks my brain when I get illness’s making my brain inflamed. One of the things this causes me is severe POTS. Pots stands for Posteral Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. This causes my heart rate to be too high standing, walking, moving around ect! I experience severe symtoms with this such as dizziness, being out of breathe, sickness, weakness and shakiness and pre- syncope/ syncope. (Near fainting/fainting) My POTS has been flared up since I last was unwell causing my PANDAS to get worse. This has left me not being able to walk and needing to use a wheelchair to get out and about! I used to live a very active life with my dog Ziggy, going for walks and adventures everyday but it’s hard with my current, unsuitable standard wheelchair we got second hand in desperate need. There’s very few places we can go with it that my parents can push it. Getting this new wheelchair with power bike attachment would allow me to be able to go back to lots of adventures with my dog & get some independence back with being able to move myself and even go out on my own again with Ziggy.
