Help Elizabeth Smile with Confidence

Hello, my name is Garth Frounfelker. The young lady in the photo is Elizabeth. Elizabeth became part of our family nearly a year ago after being displaced from her home due to family issues. Since then, she graduated high school, received her driving learner's permit, started her college career to become an educator specializing in special education, and secured a job as a tech coordinator at an elementary school.

A picture says a thousand words, and the profile picture of Elizabeth is no different. This lovely young lady hates having her photo taken and always has a closed-mouth smile due to significant dental issues from poor dental care throughout her young life. Now that Elizabeth is technically an adult, there is no orthodontic insurance coverage for her, and we are left with a significant bill to get her straightened out. Elizabeth has worked so hard and accomplished so much in a short time. The severity of her dental condition severely affects her confidence, which is difficult enough for young people in our culture.
