Hi friends! The last few months have been tough for me. After unsuccessfully looking for work for two months in the winter, I found a good job at a nonprofit in December. Unfortunately due to lack of funding I was let go in April. Since then, I've applied for roughly 25 jobs. I had a few interviews but haven't been hired anywhere. The stress of financial instability has taken a huge toll on my mental health. Luckily, I just had a job interview this week and I am supposed to have a second working interview this weekend, so fingers crossed! But for now, I am unable to pay my rent or bills. I also need prescription cat food for my sweet Nico, who is on a special diet due to her stomach issues. My goal is to raise $775 for the upcoming month of June. I need to pay rent by June 4th.
