Help Elizabeth & Family Kick Cancer!

Hello, this fundraiser is in support of an incredible teenage girl named Elizabeth. Elizabeth is 14 years old and had recently been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. Elizabeth has already started her fight against cancer, with her family by her side. She is currently undergoing intense chemotherapy treatments at the Children’s Hospital in New York. Following this round of chemotherapy, Elizabeth will hopefully undergo a full knee replacement to remove all the cancer in and around this area. She will then continue her chemotherapy treatments until she is fully recovered from cancer.

Our family’s world has been turned upside down since receiving Elizabeth’s diagnosis. Elizabeth, however, remains in high spirits. She continues to wake up each morning with a positive outlook to her situation and finds the strength to smile. She puts on a brave face, but we know the stress of her diagnosis and inability to be with her peers everyday is weighing on her heavily. Elizabeth loved being a part of her Long Branch school community. She was a proud member of the National Junior Honor Society while in middle school, and she is currently a high school freshman. She is a member of her school’s soccer and cheerleading teams. And, she loves being a part of her dance squad. Elizabeth cannot wait to get herself back to school and enjoy these favorite activities again.

We are asking for your prayers for Elizabeth and any possible donation. Your donation will go to Elizabeth and our family to help with the unexpected financial expenses that have occurred with our daily traveling to New York, increased bills, medical expenses, and loss of wages.
