Help Elizabeth - house burned in winter storm

Elizabeth is my step sister who survived Hurricane Laura in Lake Charles in 2020. Shortly after rebuilding, the historic winter storm during Mardi Gras 2021 caused a water line in the attic to bust and flood her home during a power outage. The next day power was restored, and the soaked wires started a fire while Elizabeth was at work, completely burning her home. She's got two young children and they have been through so much in the past 6 months!
