Elizabeth Gilge, the daughter of Larry and Cindy Gilge, has been struggling with on and off chronic pain for the last four years.. Elizabeth fell down the stairs while living at home. As a result she has two herniated discs. Over time and lots of re-injuries, she now suffers degenerative disc disease, and disease of the intervertebral discs. After four years of seeking different treatments she has finally had enough. Without medical intervention, with time she could experience paralysis or extreme irreversible damage to her right leg. She will be traveling to Germany for a two level artificial disc replacement surgery in December. She will be gone for two weeks for surgery and recovery before coming home. We are asking for prayers and donations. Total cost of surgery and accommodations and flight will be about $40,000 and must be paid in full before surgery. It is not FDA approved and insurance will most likely not cover it.

We are hopeful that this surgery will give Elizabeth her life back and not be saddled with chronic pain for the rest of her life. Please help financially if you can and also pray for her complete healing and safe travels.
