Help Elizabeth Get a Tooth !!

My dears!

 

If you know and love me, you know I've been missing my sweet front tooth for well over a year. It has been so many trials and tribulations to find providers who could stick a pearly white into my fairly complicated oral situation and you know what...THIS BISH IS EXPENSIVE!

 

On January 19 I was able to get an implant placed (the base into which a tooth is placed) This went well, cost $3000, and was very worth it.

 

Now, on May 11, I am finally scheduled to have a tooth placed in my little tooth hole, and the cost of creating, placing, and fitting that tooth is $2,750.

 

None of this is covered by insurance and is entirely an out of pocket expense.

 

And so, I am asking you my dear friends and family, to please help me cover the cost of this 2nd stage of the tooth victory process and to help me raise $2,750.

 

Covering the cost of this tooth would mean so much to me. So much, in fact, that I promise to honor every donation with a personal plaque placed on one of my teeth in your honor. You choose the tooth and I'll do the rest!
