Help Eliza Wesley Recover from a Devastating Theft

Hi, my name is Angela Harrelson, and I'm reaching out on behalf of my dear friend, Eliza Wesley, who is going through an unimaginable hardship. On September 22, 2024, while Eliza and her family were at home, an unknown person stole their work truck, along with over $10,000 worth of her husband’s vital work tools, gear, and toolsets. These tools are not just expensive—they are essential to her husband’s job, as he is the sole provider for their family.

Though the police were immediately called, and the insurance company was notified, heartbreakingly, their insurance would not cover the cost of replacing the stolen tools. This has left Eliza and her family not only in financial distress but also dealing with the emotional trauma of having their home violated.

For those of you who know Eliza, you understand what an incredible person she is. For the past four years, she has poured her heart into fighting for justice at George Floyd Square, giving so much of herself to our community. She has been a tireless advocate, standing up for others. Now, she and her family need our support.
