This Saturday I will be doing a sponsored walk up Snowdon with and for Elisha House. Elisha House is a recovery project based in Colne, Lancashire who house people with addiction issues and support them into a new sober and clean life.

I was lucky enough to have been taken in by Elisha House for a few weeks recently and I am extremely grateful of the help they have given me.

Elisha House have continued plans for the future, including a Recovery Cafe (just opened), gym equipment, a spa to help ease people in detox, extra bike's for their regular bike rides and much more.

Your donation will go a long way in helping people find the life they deserve away from drink and drugs. It will actually save lives.

Personally I am very unfit and have COPD so this walk will be a struggle for me but I am determined to make it and will gleefully be posting a picture from the top of Snowdon some time on Saturday.
