Elise’s Gender Affirming Surgeries️‍⚧️

bonjour!!

my name is Elise, i’m a transgender woman looking to fundraise money to hopefully one day reach my goal of getting bottom surgery - but to first help cover the costs of my gender affirming surgeries i’d like beforehand such as my top surgery or tracheal shaving. being on the NHS waiting list is 6 years+ for me & many other trans individuals in the UK, i’m currently having to privately fund my hormone replacement therapy which is extremely costly and doesn’t leave much left for me to save up for any major surgeries. 

the end goal is £30,000 which is the price for bottom surgery in the UK with a well reputable surgeon based in london. i know it’s a large amount of money to ask for, but this will help me out immensely especially as i don’t think i’d realistically be able to reach this goal on my own. i’ve since reduced this fundraiser to £10,000 as i’d like to focus on smaller - more achievable goals such as top surgery (breast augmentation) £5-7k and tracheal shaving which averages around £3-4k. both of which are just as important to me as my bottom surgery, but since i’ll also need additional letters for my SRS it just adds extra restrictions whereas these two do not require that, and for the time being will just make my life so much more bearable. i’ll feel a lot safer & they will give me so much gender euphoria while i wait for the “big surgery”.

in the future, i will be looking at ways of giving back to people who contribute to my gofundme - the amount of discomfort i feel looking in the mirror, within my own body is so high these donations are really life saving and i owe it to anybody who has the time to give love & attention to this gofundme. thank you to anyone who shares and/or donates, i will be forever grateful. i’m not expecting much from anyone or anything at all, but starting this up does give me hope that i can, maybe one day, reach full happiness and comfort within my own body.
