Hi everyone,

On the 4th of August, while travelling in Greece, my friends and I came across the scene of a very serious accident on the island of Antiparos. We were among the first people to reach Elisa and Mattia and stayed with them until emergency services arrived, helping provide first aid and support during an incredibly frightening and traumatic time.

Although we were strangers, this experience has stayed with us. Seeing how quickly life can change was heartbreaking, and we want to do something to help.

Elisa sustained particularly serious injuries, including sever damage to her leg, and now faces a long road to recovery in an attempt to walk again like before. Alongside the physical and emotional challenges ahead, Elisa and Mattia are also facing the financial burden of medical treatment, rehabilitation, emergency travel, and time away from work.
