Hello everyone,

We're reaching out to share the incredible journey of our son, Elijah, who has shown us the true meaning of resilience. When Elijah was born, he faced a challenging start to life. He wasn't breathing at birth, which led to him being admitted to the NICU for over a month and a half. He experienced many medical complications that led to him being placed on life support. The early moments of his life were a whirlwind of fear and uncertainty for our family but God remained faithful through it all.

As we navigated the turbulent waters of his early days, we discovered that since Elijah lacked so much oxygen at birth it led to a moderate amount of brain damage that has now caused developmental delays. Elijah is unable to crawl, walk, eat solid foods, and has deficiencies in many other gross and fine motor skills. Despite the challenges he has faced, Elijah has shown an incredible fighting spirit and determination to overcome these obstacles.

We were recently presented with a remarkable opportunity in Austin, Texas! Elijah has been offered a spot in an intensive therapy program, called NAPA, that can make a significant difference in his life. This program will consist of physical, occupational, and feeding therapy that will be for five days a week for three weeks straight. Although Elijah currently has all these therapies, they are only once a week and are not aggressive enough to help him improve appropriately. This intensive therapy will help him reach important developmental milestones and gain the strength he needs to live a more fulfilling life.

We are excited about this opportunity, but we can't do this alone. The cost of this intensive therapy is substantial, and we are turning to our friends, family, and compassionate strangers for help. Every little bit counts and your contribution will make a tremendous impact on Elijah’s future. With your support, we can give Elijah the chance to eat, walk, and play like every child deserves.
