My name is Tina, and I’m a mother reaching out with a hopeful heart and a deep love for my 14-year-old son, Elias, who has been battling epilepsy since he was just an infant.

Since the early months of his life, Elias has faced countless seizures, hospital visits, and long nights filled with uncertainty. This condition has shaped so much of his daily life — from his ability to go to school consistently, to just feeling safe and stable in his own body. Despite it all, Elias continues to show incredible courage, strength, and a gentle spirit that inspires me every day.

But behind the scenes, our little family is struggling — not just emotionally, but financially and physically.

Here’s What We’re Facing:

• Ongoing medical treatments and tests

• Essential daily medications that help manage his seizures

• Transportation costs to frequent doctor and specialist appointments

• At-home recovery and care needs, including seizure-safe adjustments

• A living situation that is unstable and no longer safe for Elias’s condition

• Loss of income, as I’ve had to stay home much of the time to care for him full-time
