On August 15th, 2019, Valerie and Allen took their son, Elias, to have a cyst removed from his liver.   When they went in for surgery, they found the mass to be cancerous. The next week they were informed Elias has Hepatocellular Carcinoma that has spread to the lymph nodes. Needless to say, the family was devastated by the news but are ready to fight and are determined to win! This wonderful family has had more than their share of hardship in dealing with illness in the past and the expenses that can bring. Anyone who has ever had a friend or loved one treated for cancer knows that even with insurance the costs add up. Please help Elias and Valerie and Allen in their fight, so that they can focus more on getting better and less on where the money will come from to accomplish this.
