Hi, my name is Ana Maria and I am helping Elias and Mohammed’s parents raise money to survive in Gaza. Originally this was supposed to be an evacuation fund - now we must focus on daily survival and eventual rebuilding, when that becomes a possibility.

Before the war, the family lived in Beit Hanoun in the Northern part of Gaza, but they were forced to evacuate to Deir Al Balah. They lived in a school room with 20 other people until the ceasefire, when they returned home and lived in a temporary shelter on the ruins of their home. Unfortunately, they have since been displaced again. Their situation is extremely difficult.

I will be sending money through family contacts in Gaza.
