Help Eliana and Cesar Rebuild After Eaton Fire

Friends, my name is Nancy Barba and my sister Eliana and her husband Cesar lost their home to the Eaton fire in Altadena on January 8, 2025. I live in Culver City, CA, and fortunately, my home has thus far not been impacted by the fires.

Eliana and Cesar's apartment burned down along with everything they own in it, with the exception of a few documents and their two cats. I know we all likely know at least one friend, family member, or colleague that has lost everything to these fires.

I am seeking donations to help Eliana and Cesar cover unexpected costs caused by the Eaton fire. The funds would help them get back on their feet, as well as help them cover things not covered by other sources of aid and insurance.

Eliana and Cesar are beautiful people, and my heart is breaking for them and everyone that is being impacted by our current climate change-stoked fires.
