My son Eli is currently in the hospital, and our family is facing a big transition. Once Eli returns home, we need to move so he can have access to the specialty care that will give him the best chance at recovery. This has been an incredibly difficult time for us, and we are doing everything we can to make sure Eli gets the support he needs.
