Hi, my name is Mackenzie. I am helping to raise money for a family friend, Elena Glyatsevich, who is sheltering over 30 dogs in Chernihiv, Ukraine. Chernihiv is currently under heavy air strikes and artillery fire daily and Elena is doing the best she can to keep these animals safe from the horrible war happening on her own doorstep. Because of the war, Elena is having a hard time securing clean water and dry food for these dogs. There are shortages of dog food. The food that is available is marked up 3x the price and she is exhausting every resource she can to be able to provide a roof for these poor, defenseless pups. In addition to food and clean water, some of the dogs will need vet care.

Every bit donated after GoFundMe fees will be wired to Elena to help provide food, water, veterinary help, and other shelter necessities so that these dogs can stay as healthy and safe as possible while their home is under attack. Any amount helps.
