Help Elecia Walk Again After Crash

Hi, I'm Elecia. I was in a car accident on Christmas Eve. The vehicle lost control as the person that was driving entered a steep curve, left the road, and hit a tree. The person that was driving the vehicle that i was inside didn't have any insurance, and I also don't have health insurance for myself. As a result of the accident, I have two broken bones in my back and chest pain. Also, I'm not able to walk on my own and need assistance getting around.

I'm out of a job because of the accident. I'm short on my bills, medications, regular check-ups every two weeks, and therapy. I don't know what to do; I'm pleading for help. Anything will do at this moment. Anybody who comes across this, please help me, anybody.
