Help Eleana Heal from Breast Cancer
Hey guys!
My name is Eleana Katsetos. I’m 33 years old, married to my wonderful husband, Peter, and together we have a very energetic, beautiful & smart 4 yr old daughter named Maria! She keeps me on my toes & he still tries to sweep me off my feet. They definitely keep me going!
I've had quite the journey dealing with breast cancer for the last 3 years. Unfortunately, after a lumpectomy in 2019 and a double mastectomy in 2020, the cancer has come back within 2 months of the surgical procedure, in the same breast and now possibly beyond.
I have started alternative treatments with a doctor locally, who has offered everything he can to me within the restraints of what this country will allow.
As of now, I may need to tackle all of this with a slightly different approach, using various scientific based techniques that are somewhat more aggressive.
Hope4Cancer is a wonderful clinic located in Cancun Mexico, that is offering the exact services I would be looking for!
They use various treatments with very high success rates, that aren’t readily available in the US, which is able to hit cancer from all angles; and they offer the educational programs and support that is needed in order to do a continuing of care once I am back home and working along with my doctor here.
The prospects of remission are promising, and a renewed and restorative prognosis is possible as long as I continue to be proactive in my care & life choices after attending this opportunity for treatment.
The cost for the travel accomodations and for treatments would allow not only myself, but also my husband and my 4 year old daughter to come with me for support & educational in-services on the appropriate and necessary life style changes we will be making moving forward.
Despite having insurance, the treatments that I would need are not covered.
I have chosen to humble myself, knowing that this expense is a very big ask, and I'm here today with humility in my heart, and hope in my words.
The financial aspect of securing this treatment is a very large burden, but I know I don't have to go through this alone.
In the event that I am unable to secure the funds needed in order to attend Hope4Cancer, all proceeds would still be utilized for medical purposes and the continuation of care with my local treatment team.
