Help Elderly NOLA Native Rebuild

Hurricane Ida had devastating effects on so many people. The sad truth is that not everyone has the luxury of easily rebuilding. One elderly native of the New Orleans area has spent her life taking care of her family, hosting holiday dinners in her home and throwing parties every Mardi Gras. She spent 40 years working in hospitality in the French Quarter. Her very essence is helping and caring for everyone else. Now she needs help. Her roof was damaged severely in the storm, allowing rain to pour in and soak through the second floor, causing the collapse of parts of her first floor ceiling and destroying her flooring on both floors.
