Hi, my name is Elana and I’m reaching out to you in a moment of hope, courage, and determination. I’ve spent the majority of my adult life fighting addiction, battling demons that many can’t even imagine. But today, through God and His purpose for me, I stand strong, committed to my recovery through my walk with God and working towards a brighter future—not just for myself, but for my two incredible 16-year-old twin daughters who’ve been my motivation every step of the way.

This January, I have the opportunity of a lifetime to attend Edwin’s Institute of Culinary Arts, a chance to turn my passion for cooking into a career that will not only help me rebuild my life but also provide a stable, meaningful future for my family.

However, I need your help to make this dream a reality. As a single mom in recovery, financial barriers are one of the hardest obstacles I face. My mother, a three-time breast cancer survivor, has been a pillar of support, helping raise my daughters while I focus on my recovery. But now, I’m asking for help from my community to continue on this path to healing and success.
