Probation/Parole Officer Elaina McMinnis tragically lost her life on July 19, 2024, in an automobile accident. She is leaving behind a 17-year-old special needs son. The goal of this fundraiser is to raise money to help the family with funeral expenses and care for her son as they transition him to his new normal.
