Hi my name is Eladio Martínez Jr and my family and I are fundraising for my father Eladio Martínez Sr. On August 24, 2021, due to unforeseen circumstances, Eladio Martínez Sr had to undergo emergency surgery resulting in the amputation of his lower left limb. We are still in disbelief of this unprecedented event. Eladio is a 43 year old father of 5, and still has a whole life ahead of him. Anyone that knows Eladio knows that he is a loving father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. After this life changing circumstance, we are expecting home modifications, frequent visits to the doctor, as well as therapy sessions to promote Eladio’s quality of life. We remain positive and we are praying for a smooth and speedy recovery. Most importantly, we remain with our hearts full of gratitude and that Eladio is in fact alive and still with us today.
