My name is Ela, and I am trapped in a living nightmare. At just 30 years old, my life has been torn apart by a series of devastating health conditions. Since 2021, I have been battling Small Fiber Neuropathy, and in 2023, the horror intensified when I was diagnosed with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome). As if that wasn’t enough, I now face the agony of a suspected CSF leak and arachnoiditis, which emerged in July 2023, further chaining me to this unrelenting torment.

Every day is a relentless battle against excruciating pain. The simple act of standing or sitting for more than an hour becomes an insurmountable challenge as tachycardia, searing headaches, and unbearable vestibular symptoms leave me incapacitated. The pain is so overwhelming that it robs me of even the most basic functions, rendering me helpless in the face of tasks others take for granted.

But it’s not just my body that is broken; my spirit is slowly being crushed under the weight of it all. The cruel realization that I may never fulfill my dreams, that my future has been stolen from me, drives me deeper into the darkness of depression. The thought of a life devoid of hope, of potential, is killing me inside, bit by bit.

For the past three years, I have poured everything I had into finding a way out of this nightmare—every penny, every ounce of strength—only to watch my condition deteriorate. Now, bedridden and unable to work, I am left with nothing. I am reaching out in desperation because I urgently need help to survive each day. Any financial contribution, no matter how small, could be the lifeline I need to cover basic necessities like housing, food, and supplements, or perhaps, by some miracle, allow me to seek alternative treatments abroad.
