Starting this is something we hesitated to do— But I want to take some of the load of my parents shoulders while they’re busy renovating after the flood that occurred the night of Friday September 26th, 2025

My parents began this dream in 1999 and have been welcomed with open arms from this amazing community ever since!

I grew up in this restaurant, My school bus would drop me off in front & my mom would meet the bus driver with a burro for her drive home.

I sat and did homework at the booth closest to the kitchen, and once I was able to bus tables I did, and then waitressed.

Once I became a mom I took a step back from waitressing, But remaining very much involved..So I as well as my brother & sister, have had a front row seat at my parents blood, sweat & tears go into this business for 26 years!

Walking into the restaurant Saturday morning felt like a bad dream, seeing all of their love & work underwater—

But in order to open our doors & have our work family back to work, We have decided to start the Go Fundme to help with the costs of replacing nearly every single thing inside the restaurant..

While we wait to hear back from insurance, As most did not have flood insurance due to cost.. or if we get federal funding.. It could take months, and we don’t want to do that to you, and our work family.
