Help El Get Life Changing Treatment At MHNI
Hi, my name is El and I am 16. I have multiple medical conditions, some being chronic neurological conditions. All of these conditions greatly affect my physical abilities, some cause pain, and diminish my quality of life. I am fundraising for what will hopefully be life changing treatment from the Michigan Headache and Neurology Institute ( MHNI ). I have experienced years of trial and failure with other treatments, and this is the next step for me. I have had the luck and privilege to be accepted into MHNI's inpatient program. (Only people who need this kind of treatment are accepted) This program has a huge success rate, and after my discharge I will have the knowledge and help to continue the treatment that works best for me here in Alabama.
The funds would go to cover me and my parents travel to the hospital (I am a minor so I have to bring a guardian), as well hotel costs for my parents. These funds will also go to anything my insurance wont cover such as tests, medicine, the hospital stay, and any other necessary costs. We are trying to save up as much as possible before going.
