Hi, I’m Ekleesciah. Earlier this year, I was drugged, raped, and infected with HIV by a man named J’Marion Singleton. I did everything I was supposed to do. I reported it. I went through the exams, the rape kit, the tests. I trusted the system to help me get justice.
Instead, my case was closed because they said there wasn’t enough evidence, even though there was physical evidence. But justice doesn’t stop because the system failed me.
I’m not asking for money to relive my trauma. I’m asking for help so I can fight back. I want to work with a lawyer or advocate who can help me demand answers, push for accountability, and make sure no other survivor gets ignored like I was. Every donation will help me cover legal consultations, advocacy support, and the emotional and medical costs that come with rebuilding my life after this.
I’m still here. I’m still fighting. And I refuse to let this story end with silence.
If you can’t donate, please share my story.
