Here is my bio: Einen is an Oregon native, creates peaceful, gentle, insightful music. She is an award-winning singer/songwriter whose music connects with people. Audience members claim she takes them to a peaceful plane of existence. They are often seen with their eyes closed, allowing her music to wash over them. She exhibits a "oneness" with the music she performs, a feeling of timelessness, of being lost in the present moment. Folk-based melodies and intricate, touching, and often philosophical lyrics are combined with her pure 3 octave range to peel back the layers of life exposing the emotions beneath of love, loss, and hope. The gentle addition of her Autoharp completes the tapestry.

It is unfortunate that I must share my misfortune. I was in a car crash in 1996 and have been unable to work since that time. I am barely making ends meet. I had let a relative rent my house in Salem while I went to help my daughter in Eugene - for 5 years. I returned to Salem in January 2024, living in and finishing the inside of a 12 x 28' barn, as rents in Eugene, even for low income was too high. I had hoped to live in my house but my renters left it in a shambles as well as didn't pay the taxes as agreed. They left garbage from the front door to the back bedroom. On my back porch is a pile 3 feet high of used dog piddle pads. The kitchen is a foot high in dirty dishes, and empty packaging. So, I have $2500 in back taxes and fees, completion of my cabin (walls, ceiling, electrical, wood stove) as well as the repair and cleanup of the house itself. The renters have been inconsistent at best with removing their things. As I have chronic pain and work less than 6 hours a week, the work here sometimes seems insurmountable. I know I can make money with my music, but I need funds to record them. I have contacts in the sync licensing community and other contacts, but I need my new music to submit (they already have my latest work).
