Help Eileen and Danielle play for Team USA

Donation protected
Every two years, the American Street Hockey Institute (ASHI) selects the USA Women’s Ball Hockey Team to compete in the International Street and Ball Hockey Federation (ISBHF) World Championships. This year two women from the Midwest, Danielle Strohmier and Eileen Meslar,  were selected to represent the United States in the ISBHF Women’s World Championship in Kosice, Slovakia, in June 2019.

This will be the third time Danielle and Eileen are representing the USA in the World Championships. They helped the USA win a silver medal in Paradubice, Czech Republic in 2017.

Danielle and Eileen learned how to play hockey when they were very young at a coed ball hockey league near their homes in a southwest suburb of Chicago. Since then, they have gone on to play ice hockey at a high level. They rediscovered ball hockey while playing on a women's team together several years ago and have not stopped playing ball hockey since.

Danielle and Eileen are holding a fundraiser to help defray the travel and tournament expenses. Besides the international travel, there are mandatory training camps and tournaments that are held on the East Coast in preparation for the World Championship.

Please help the Midwestern girls represent the USA proudly in Slovakia!

We are grateful for all your support!
