Hello, I am Efstathios Grimpas, but everyone knows me as Stathi. I was born with cerebral palsy. I am 17 years old and live with my twin brother and parents. With my condition, I have always been wheelchair-bound. My mom and dad have always had to lift me out of my chair and put me in our family car. Now that I am much bigger and they are getting older, I can tell it is getting very difficult for them. Not only do they have to lift me, but also fold my chair and put that in the car as well. I would like to help my parents purchase a wheelchair-accessible van for my parents to continue to take me to physical therapy, school, and of course to get my favorite drink at Starbucks.
