Efrain's message----

Over the weekend my father suffered significant loss of movement in all of his limbs. This came as a shock since my father has never suffered any serious illness. He was taken to the hospital and initial tests show he has masses in his brain and lungs. He was diagnosed with cancer and will be going through chemotherapy. I am his only child and once he is admitted from the hospital, he will live with me and I will be his primary caregiver. This will change his and my life significantly as this will be a difficult and long journey. As I miss multiple days of work and opportunities to work over the summer, I do need support to get me through these next few months while I figure things out.
