Help Effy get her dentle work

Effy is a beautiful shar pei who's adoption in the uk failed in March 2024 after 2.5 years.

She was a very poorly girl when she arrived back into our care in March but we wasn't giving up on her - she deserved a chance to fight and that she did.

We immediately had her collected and placed her into one of our most amazing uk foster family's ❤️

We SML charity have funded all of her medication, vet care & diet to date &

With the care of her foster family since March she as safely gained just over 5kg.

Yesterday's vet visit it came alight Effy needs urgent dentle care surgery - she as severe gum disease which are so inflamed and painful - more than likely she will need the majority of her teeth removed.

Her uk vet as quoted aprox £500 but they won't be sure until she's sedated and they can check properly.

Reciepts will be posted once she's received treatment
