For those who may not know him, Josh is the powerhouse behind Flavius. He has worked tirelessly to bring incredible stages and concepts to life at parties and festivals, with recent projects including the Funk Tunnel at Tanglewood and the Dark Matter stage at Subterra.

What many people do not see is the personal cost of this work. Time and time again Josh has poured his heart, body, and his own money into projects to make sure they succeed. Like so many people working behind the scenes in our community, he often does this for free and sometimes at significant financial loss, simply because he cares deeply about the culture and the people in it.

Recently, Josh’s car was broken into and most of his DJ equipment was stolen, including his decks. This has left him without the tools he needs to do what he loves most, playing music for our community.

We are asking everyone to please get behind one of the most generous, committed, and selfless people in our scene and help him get back on his feet. With your support, Josh can replace his decks and get back to doing what he does best, making funky bass music for all of us to enjoy.
