Hello! My name is Alfred Esposito. Seven years ago my dear friend Edward Thomas fought and won his battle with Throat Cancer. It is with great sadness that his remission ended on February 17, 2023. Ed underwent surgery to remove a tumor in his throat. This tumor was also embedded in his tongue. Removal of this tumor required reconstruction of his tongue, using the flesh from his leg.

Ed is an amazing human being! He is a wonderful husband, dad and grandpa. I have had the pleasure of calling Ed a very close friend for over forty years. I can attest Ed has always put others before himself. As I write this Ed is still in a hospital bed with both breathing and feeding apparatus. Ed is facing a very long road to recovery. He needs our love, support and prayers.

I started this Go Fund Me page for Ed knowing that he may not be able to return to work. Ed is the sole provider for his family and is now in need of our help. There will be many expenses in the near future. Please donate and know it will go to a great cause. Any amount will help. We now have the opportunity to give Edward and his family back the love and support he has given each of us.
