Help Edward Fish Through His Cancer Journey

On Monday, my dad asked to go to a bigger city to give himself the best chance. We reached out to Buffalos Roswell Cancer Center, and they said they would review everything. They called the next day and wanted to see him Wednesday. We packed up the car, and drove up to be there for a full day of appointments the next day. On Wednesday he saw radiation, and nuero oncology.

They said he would only need 3 weeks as opposed to 6, because they were able to remove so much during the surgery.

however he will need to live up there for about 21 days. We were able to find a somewhat affordable option, but it will clear out what little money he has. He will have to be up there alone, and will most likely be eating out of the cafeteria everyday. The accommodations only have a shared kitchen, and we’re not sure what type of strength he’ll have to cook.

Hello, I’m making this for my father, Edward Fish.

About two weeks ago, my father unexpectedly found out he has Stage 4 brain cancer. Within two days, he had a craniotomy. After spending multiple days in the ICU, neuro suite, and physical rehab floors, he was finally discharged. He will be staying with us while he completes the next step in his cancer journey, chemo and radiation.

Unfortunately, he is not able to work due to this. He has a very limited income and still has to pay some bills at his house. He will have multiple expenses related to his medical needs and accessibility needs.
