Sunday, Feb 20th at 8 pm, four men on Clematis st. brutally attacked Edward "Eddie" Diaz and others while on a violent rampage through downtown. This random act of violence left Eddie in the ICU with traumatic head injuries, including Bleeding in the brain, fractured skull, fractured jaw, a broken nose and broken teeth. He will be undergoing multiple surgeries in the upcoming days. Eddie is a friend to many in the West palm beach area. He’s known to be outgoing, high-spirited, fun, friendly and gentle-hearted. He needs help from his family, friends and his community right now. Eddie will be coping with the effects of this horrendous event physically and financially for years to come. The funds raised will go directly towards financial and medical woes he is left to face. Although his spirits are high and hopeful, It is unknown when Eddie will return to work.
