My name is Tahmaurra, and I’m a single mom of four working hard to give my children the best opportunities possible. My oldest son, Edward Bennett, has been accepted to Lincoln Tech to study automotive technology. He’s always had a passion for cars and dreams of one day opening his own auto repair shop. Edward is determined to use his skills not only to build a career, but also to help support our family and set a positive example for his younger siblings.


We’re facing a challenge right now. Although Edward received a grant for school, it doesn’t cover his full tuition. I’m currently unemployed, and as a single parent, it’s difficult to make up the difference on my own. We need to raise funds by the end of August to ensure Edward can start his program without delay. Every contribution will go directly toward his tuition and school expenses, helping him take this important step toward a brighter future.
