Eduardo Miranda has been a dedicated member of our community for the past 13 years, working hard to provide for his family and support those around him. Recently, Eduardo and his wife were both picked up by immigration officers, leaving their two very young children, Juan (7) and Gael (3), without either parent. Eduardo has never been in any sort of trouble during his time in the United States, and his absence has left a significant void in the lives of his children. As his employer and friend, I have seen firsthand the love and care he gives to his family and the positive impact he has on everyone he meets.

Since Eduardo and his wife were detained, our company and his family members have come together to care for Juan and Gael. Juan is a fantastic student in second grade, and both children are struggling emotionally with the sudden loss of their parents. What they are going through is unimaginable, and no child should have to experience this kind of pain. I personally could not comprehend my own kids suddenly being ripped out of my life, and I want to do whatever I can to get Eduardo and his children reunited as soon as possible. The uncertainty and fear they are experiencing is heartbreaking, and we are doing everything we can to support them during this incredibly difficult time.

We are raising funds to help cover Eduardo's legal fees and provide support for his children while they await the outcome of his court case. Every donation, no matter the size, will help give Eduardo a chance to be reunited with his children and ensure they have the stability and care they need. Our country is going through a very difficult time. I understand the purpose of deporting criminals but Eduardo does not fit that description.
