On September 16th, 2017, Eduardo Lopez went missing in Tijuana, Mexico while visiting his family.

After putting out a police report, his family found him in a Tijuana hospital in critical condition.  He was severely beaten, stabbed, and suffered from a broken skull, spine, and internal organ damage. 

They were able to transport him back to San Diego but he's still in a comatose state and in critical condition.

Eduardo Lopez is a loving father, provider for a young daughter, hard-working employee of a San Diego nursing home, good role-model, and friend to many.

He is a kind man whose life has been turned upside down by this senseless act of violence.
