Help Eduardo fight Exceedingly Rare Cancer

Hello,

My name is Eduardo. I’m 31 years old. We moved to US, seven years ago with a lot of dreams, aspirations and full of energy.

I live here with my wife and our 7-months old baby.

Last December 2023, I started with some obstruction in the esophagus, which has impeded me to eat well. In January, they performed a endoscopy and proceed to a biopsy.

I got diagnosed with Angiosarcoma, which this type is extremely rare, I’m the 5th person in the history in US who had had this type of cancer.

A few weeks ago, I was still a candidate for surgery, but after some tests, finally last week they confirmed metastases (stage 4), so the surgery is not an option anymore.

My hopes are for the treatment suggested by the doctors that is going to start next week (chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy combined).

My family and I are looking for some funds to cover the costs that insurance will not cover.

Today our biggest goal is to a fully recovery to continue enjoying as family every moment especially the growth of our Baby Lucio.

Mi nombre es Eduardo tengo 31 años de edad. Llegamos a Estados Unidos hace 7 años con muchos sueños, metas y llenos de Energía. Actualmente Vivo con mi esposa y Nuestro bebé de 7 meses, En el mes de diciembre Comenze a sentir síntomas de obstrucción en el área de esófago el cual impedía poder comer bien, en Enero me realizaron una endoscopia a la cual le hicieron una Biopsia. El Médico determinó que estoy diagnosticado con Angiosarcoma (Cáncer) de esófago el cual es extremadamente raro, soy la quinta persona en la historia de estados unidos que tiene este tipo de Cáncer, hace unas semanas era candidato a cirugía el cual realizaron diferentes estudios para asegurarse que no hubiera metástasis, Hace unos días confirmaron metástasis (etapa 4) por lo cual la cirugía ya no es opción, Mi esperanza está puesta en la combinación de tratamiento que está por comenzar la siguiente semana (quimioterapia, radioterapia e inmunoterapia). Mi pequeña familia y yo buscamos fondos para poder cubrir los gastos que no cubre el seguro. Hoy nuestro deseo más grande es recuperar la salud, para poder disfrutar en familia el crecimiento de nuestro bebé Lucio.
