Help Edith to Saftey After Being Kicked Out

Hey, I’m Edith. To keep this as brief as possible, Monday August 12th I was kicked out by my mother 10 days after my 18th birthday. I’m currently homeless and staying with friends.
It’s not a secret that I’ve been neglected and abused by my mother all my childhood. Because of this, I’ve had to raise myself my whole life. Due to my deranged home life, I’ve had a plan and savings to move out as soon as it was convenient for years. But, since I was a minor at the time, my mom had control over my accounts and she stole majority of my money from me. Where she didn’t directly take my money, she slowly drained me of it, forcing me to take care of her, using my account like a backup plan for necessities like food when she spent most of her money at bars. She purposefully held me back from a license and had me uber anywhere and everywhere to school, work, doctors appointments, or etc. Despite the child support she received, none of it went to me. What was left of my money did.
Thankfully, since I have been planning on moving out for quite some time, I have the blessing of future roommates and potential living situations lined up. Although, even with effort, ambition, and trying to lead my life with a kind heart, this takes money. Money I don’t have because it was stolen from me from my own mother.
With raising myself as long as I can remember, I’ve been able to live with this hope and faith in my heart, trying to spread nothing but kindness to those around me despite my situation, so Im here really asking for that final push to be able to continue to give back to those around me by having a safe place to live, a home.
