Hi, my name is Tracy and I'm fundraising for my friend Edith Szendrey. Edith has touched and enriched so many of our lives as a mom, friend, private music teacher, professional musician, Crowden School parent, San Domenico School parent, Hawaii Performing Arts Festival faculty, East Bay Waldorf School music teacher, Terra Marin School music teacher, Golden Bridges School music teacher, and Greenwood School music teacher. She is preparing to battle cancer again. After working so hard for the past almost two years to fight stage 3 colon cancer, and receiving initial good news of remission, the cancer has returned. Edith now faces further surgery, chemo, and radiation. She needs our help to cover medical expenses, basic living expenses, and home assistance for the next many months while she does the hard work of undergoing more medical treatment to heal.
