Help Edison and Coco's Family MOVE

SOS Dear Friends, and Beloved Community of Topanga!
Our family has been given notice to MOVE. By end April. Yes. At this unprecedented time when there is a global collapse, and we are quarantined and under orders to stay home, Edison and I are being forced to go out there and knock on doors, closed doors mind-you, as real-estate agents are not allowed to show us homes! Some sneak us in, most don't. It is a battlefield out there.
Both our teaching programs crashed, as you can imagine, and we have been working fast to make the transition to teach online. Edison's Tae Kwon Do classes are up and running, and my French class is up and running, but we have lost many, many students, and our income in March dropped to zero. We just cannot generate the funds fast enough to move in such a hurry.
We have to come up with a deposit, first and last month's rent, switch on the utilities, buy three beds (as we are living in a semi-furnished house right now), furniture, and of course pay moving costs. All this at a time when we are struggling to keep food on the table for our family -my elderly mother with COPD (on oxygen) and my sister, who lost her babysitting and dog caring jobs instantly.
I applied for unemployment, but the letters came back with zero amount due to us.I have to look into why. Perhaps because we are self-employed, I don't know. The government is slow in handing out their $1200 stimulus checks, which will not get us very far. And will not be soon enough.
We are asking, please help! I am so sorry to have to do this at a time when many people are hurting. I just don't know how else to procure a home for my family and I.
FYI: Our landlady is desperate to move back into her home, for fear of contracting the virus, as she lives in downtown LA in a high rise on the 24th floor. She also has to have her children move back in with her, as they are in dire straits.
Whatever you can do to help. Whether it is some dollars, information on another home, a loan, beds, joining our classes!! It would be gratefully accepted!!!
