My name is Teak, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my wife, Edie. She has battled with depression for most of her life. Despite her strength, resilience, and countless efforts to find relief, depression has remained a daily struggle.

Over the years, Edie has tried many treatments— medical and holistic. She has approached healing with an open heart and determination-from trying medications to therapy, lifestyle changes, and natural interventions . But because of her genetics and autism, the results have been limited, and many treatments that work for others have not been effective for her.

After much research and guidance from professionals, we’ve found that Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy is the best next step for Edie. TMS is a safe, non-invasive treatment that has shown incredible results for people who haven’t responded to traditional therapies. For the first time in a long time, we have hope.

TMS therapy is expensive and not fully covered by insurance. The cost is beyond what we can afford on our own, which is why I’m asking for help. Every contribution—big or small—will go directly toward covering Edie’s TMS treatment and giving her the chance at the quality of life she deserves.

Edie is an incredible wife, mother, daughter, and friend. She lights up every room she walks into, even when she’s struggling inside. I believe that with access to this treatment, she will finally have the chance to live free from the heavy weight of depression.
