Edgar Javier Tamez-Morales is a 51 year old male with HTN, IDA, Metastatic colon adenocarcinoma in cecum w/ innumerable liver & omental mets; MMR intact, PDL1 CPS 5%, BRAF V600E neg, KRAS G12D, c/b tumor obstruction s/p laparoscopic diverting loop ileostomy 5/2023, post op c/b R paracolic abscess s/p antibiotics and IR drain placement, as well as additional antibiotics course. Initially presented to surgical oncology clinic in 2023 where it was determined that given the innumerable liver and peritoneal metastases, patient is unlikely to ever be a surgical candidate. The mainstay of management was with systemic therapy, at this point. He has now received 2 years of systemic therapy: recently completed 8th cycle of FOLFOX+Bevacizumab.

Edgar now has an opportunity to have surgery to save his life in December 2025.
