Help Edgar Cea's Fight for Life

My name is Charito Cea Danao, and this is my brother Edgar Cea who's in the Philippines right now. I need help for an urgent fundraiser for my brother's "Life-Saving Treatment". On June 22, 2024, my brother suffered a devastating heart attack. He was rushed to the nearest public hospital, where he was initially declared dead on arrival. Miraculously, the hospital staff were able to revive him after two shockwave treatments. However, my brother remains in critical condition, and the public hospital does not have an available ICU bed. We had no choice but to transfer him to the nearest private hospital, which is significantly more expensive. Even during the transfer, we were advised that he might not survive, but we had to take the risk to save his life.

At the private hospital, the doctors immediately performed an angiogram and angioplasty, which saved my brother's life. They were able to insert one stent, but there are still two blocked veins that need further treatment. The doctors have advised that he will require additional stent procedures to fully stabilize his condition and prevent further complications. Unfortunately, my niece's health insurance has been maxed out, and we are now facing a massive medical bill of over 1 million pesos. The hospital is requiring us to pay at least 500,000 pesos immediately to continue my brother's life-saving treatment and prevent his case from being flagged as "red tag," which could result in some procedures being halted.
