Help Eddie Francisquini Fight Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Last year, Eddie Francisquini set out on a dream journey — traveling the world to explore and learn global cuisines. His passion for food, culture, and connection led him to the Philippines, where he not only discovered new flavors but also found the love of his life. Together, they began building a beautiful future, and their first child is due in just a few months.

But in an unexpected turn, Eddie was recently diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) — a rare autoimmune disorder in which the body’s immune system attacks the nerves. The illness has left him with limited mobility and he is currently in the ICU receiving critical care.

Guillain-Barré Syndrome is treatable, but recovery can be long and unpredictable. Eddie’s medical costs are mounting daily as he undergoes life-saving treatment, physical therapy, and rehabilitation. His family is doing everything possible to support him, but the expenses have become overwhelming.
