If you’ve ever been to Spunktown Tavern in Boyertown you know who “Eddie Kovatto” is. He has been cooking for over 30 years. On April 30, he was admitted to the hospital with a severe infection in his foot. On May 2nd he had surgery on his right foot resulting in the loss of his toes and part of his foot. As of now he is still in the Hospital and is going to have a long road of recovery ahead of him and any help is greatly appreciated! I will be providing updates as I receive them!
