I never thought I would be in a position to ask for help like this, but right now I’m feeling overwhelmed and I want to do everything I can for my cat, Eddie.

Over the past few days, Eddie has been very sick — he stopped eating, has been extremely low on energy, and has been dealing with ongoing symptoms that required urgent veterinary care. He is currently showing jaundice (yellowing, likely related to liver issues), and we are facing a possible diagnosis of FIP, which is a serious condition that requires immediate and ongoing treatment.

The cost of his care is adding up quickly — including vet visits, testing, and medication that is both time-sensitive and expensive.

If you know me, you know how hard it is for me to ask for help. I’ve always tried to handle everything on my own, but right now I’m at a point where I just can’t do it alone. I’m about to graduate, I don’t have a steady income yet, and I’m actively trying to find a job while dealing with all of this at the same time.

Eddie means everything to me, and I don’t want money to be the reason I can’t give him a real chance to get better.
